Mind-blowing location near attractions, warm and friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, free bottled water, helpful owner.

Helpfull staff as well as nice food. We booked a standard king room with a small balcony, we loved it. Found khon kaen buffet bbq 15 minutes walk from the hotel, dined there. We had a perfect time.

Air-conditioned room with a balcony. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfy. Plus, it has private parking nearby. It was really reasonable price.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The attention to detail was exceptional, from the modern and comfortable rooms to the fantastic bar with great prices. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a bustling area and close to the beach. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel right at home. I also had a fabulous view from my window, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could be improved was the cleanliness.

had an unexpectedly awesome stay at a lovely hotel a short tuk tuk ride from Bangla Road. Big room with comfy bed, great staff, and a welcoming Italian owner who even cooked us a delicious breakfast. Don't hesitate to ask for special services, you won't be disappointed. A presto!

Long walk to Patong beach, not as close as expected.

Great location, close to attractions, beach, and mall. Friendly and warm staff. Daily room cleaning and fresh bed linen. Bikes for rent, airport ride arranged.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a great location close to Indian restaurants, bars, and everything we needed! the room and bathroom were clean and modern with all the facilities we needed. the staff were attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Breakfast was tasty and kept us going for the day exploring nearby attractions. Plus, the view was magnificent!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect - just a short walk away from all the main attractions, but far enough to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Secondly, the staff were absolutely fantastic. From the warm welcome I received upon arrival to the friendly chats with the owner and other staff members, I felt like I was amongst friends. They were always willing to help and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, equipped with basic amenities like a fridge and TV, and the option to have a full cooked English breakfast was a great added bonus.

All in all, I couldn't fault this hotel. Everything was perfect.

Spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was a great start to the day. They're located close enough to the area attractions yet far enough to be peaceful at night. The towels provided for the beach were a nice touch.

The rooms were smaller than expected and in need of some updating. The beds were not that comfortable.

The hotel had free Wi-Fi and good air conditioning which helped during the hot days. It was also close to the beach, with a convenience store and noodle shop across the street. the hotel also provided a ride to the airport which was helpful.

The hotel was misleading; it wasn't as advertised and had poor customer service.

patong eyes exceeded my expectations with its amazing location, friendly staff, and great amenities. the personal touch and attention to detail made my stay memorable. from the warm greetings to the informative conversations, i felt like a valued guest. the availability of kettles, blow dryers, and hot showers added to the comfort. the hotel offers a wide range of TV channels, and the breakfast was delicious.
